The ideal candidate will be ready to handle front of house customer care on site at our client events and learn to take the lead with our venue based marketing campaigns in Newcastle City Centre. With a vibrant and personable nature this role will feel both rewarding and fulfilling to those successful.
The ideal candidate will be able to listen attentively to all customer queries and resolve issues, as well as handle in person presentations in relation to new products, customer queries and new services on site at events, exhibitions, trade shows and expo centres.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up events for our clients to assist in the brand awareness campaigns.
- Gather information from customers.
- Follow up with customers to address their needs.
- Distribute incoming offerings from our client to appropriate customers or co-workers.
- Present confidently the benefits of products and services to customers.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all events are a success.
- Adhere to client guidelines.
- Represent our clients in a professional manner at all times.

Salary: £23,500.00-£24,500.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Right to work UK (required)
