Our client based in Camberley provides an outsourced payroll service to agencies and clients, processing payroll for thousands of contractors on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
The main part of the role is interacting with clients and contractors by answering queries and providing information, You will do this on the telephone and via email, and in a timely manner
You will be responsible for managing and upholding our brands reputation in the industry through your interactions with our clients and contractors, Delivering an excellent standard of customer service is paramount to what our client stands for, You will be helping their clients with queries and offering sound advice based on your expert knowledge, You will be keeping your finger on the pulse where legislations and rules relating to payroll are concerned,
The nitty gritty details… Normal working hours are from 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday. Like in any business that goes out of their way for their clients, you may occasionally be required to work longer hours, depending on workload.
