Job description
This is a temporary ongoing position based within the Wolverhampton area. You will be part of the customer service team answering inbound calls and dealing with customer queries.
This position will run Monday-Friday, there is opportunity to work on a hybrid basis once the training period has been completed. This role will initially be temporary but will go permanent for the right candidate.
Some of the duties encompassed within this role include;
- Answering inbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Responding to emails
- Logging data
- Outbound calls
You must have worked previously within a customer service position and will be confident answering inbound calls. Call centre experience is desired and you must have excellent communication skills. This company offers a lot of opportunity for progression and provides ongoing training and support.

Salary: £11.00-£11.59 per hour
