Floral Image is an innovative and unique business specialising in the delivery of premium life-like flowers to corporates worldwide. The Floral Image business in Yorkshire is an independently owned franchise so as Customer Service Representative you will have real scope to have a big impact on the growth of this small but successful business. Offering premium life-like flowers to every industry and sector, there is nowhere our flowers can’t find a home, making this role varied and unique.
As Customer Service Representative you will be tasked with the exciting challenge of visiting our wonderful range of customers, changing their flower arrangements and attending to any customer needs. The role comes with an element of variety as you will also be responsible for stock inventories, updating the CRM system and cleaning, maintaining and revamping the flower arrangements. Working flexibly across West Yorkshire, this is a varied and diverse role not to be missed.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you should have a minimum of 2 years driving experience and good customer service skills. You should be confident and capable using a range of IT systems including CRM systems, desktop and mobile devices. Most importantly you should be a personable and self-motivated individual known for your ability to communicate well with a range of audiences. This role will require you to provide an unrivalled service to our loyal customer base, so you must possess strong customer service skills and an ability to build relationships easily to ensure the highest quality experience for everyone you engage with.
This role will allow the successful candidate to work flexibly and remotely, travelling across the regions and manging their own diary. The role is well renumerated, varied and interesting and provides an opportunity for someone to join this small but ambitious team in a capacity that will have a real impact.
