Responsibilities:
1) Answering all inbound phone calls & emails across multiple sales platforms, including WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon, and Etsy.
2) Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfying solutions.
3) Building sustainable relationships with customers, and promoting positive reviews.
4) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
5) Providing accurate, valid & complete information about our policies, procedures, and new & existing products.
6) Ensuring workspaces remain clean, tidy & organised at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
