Job description

We are on the hunt for an Internal Sales and Customer Service Specialist to work from our Derby offices, as part of the Complete Workwear team. The successful candidate will be supporting the Sales team and Specialists, efficiently managing enquiries from customers and prospects to build strong relationships with our customer base.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Discussing the range of available products and garments with the customer, offering advice on personalisation including embroidered and heat transfer logos.
  • Promoting additional products across the workwear and safety wear range, as well as footwear and PPE.
  • Making contact with the accounts on our database to identify new opportunities for our specialists and sales team.
  • Preparing and supplying quotes to new clients, customers and the sales team
  • Liaising with suppliers for pricing and stock enquiries to fulfil quote requests
  • Customer service follow ups ensuring orders have been received
  • Internal support for the team - Processing Orders, raising returns, taking enquiries via phone and email

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Previous experience in workwear, uniform, clothing, PPE is preferred but not essential.
  • Sales background, or strong customer service, account management experience.
  • Customer focused with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
