About the job – what does it involve?
As a Customer Support Executive you will join a fun and forward-thinking team playing a crucial role in our support process. You will provide customers with guidance and support throughout their property transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience until completion.
The role is primarily looking after clients and their needs, outbound welcome calls, liaising with Conveyancers, resolving problems, after sales care and dealing with complaints. Customer empathy and client care is of primary importance to us and this position.
Full training will be provided.
About you – what we’re looking for:
We are looking for somebody with an exceptional telephone manner and plenty of drive and determination. You will need a positive attitude and the ability to think fast on your feet!
To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a sound knowledge of Excel.
