Temporary Customer Advisor
22 hours per week (working Monday – Wednesday)
Fixed term until 31 March 2024 with the possibility of extension
Salary – (£24,567 pro rata)
A vacancy has arisen with the Customer Service team of Eden Housing for a Temporary Customer Advisor. The Customer Advisor position is a role which will see you assisting in the delivery of the Association’s high-quality Customer Services. You will deal with routine enquiries as the initial source of advice for tenants and other customers.
