Job description
Your main job roll will be answering calls and dealing with potential and existing pupils from driving schools throughout the UK. You will also be part of our intensive team who book and source intensive courses across the UK. You will have daily team targets which will work hand in hand with achieving bonus pay. There is no cap on bonus pay so the more you put in, the more you get out. We are based in Fforestfach/ Waunarlwydd area.
Successful candidates will be responsible for a number of tasks such as dealing with incoming calls from pupils or instructors, booking and altering lessons, passing over of messages, selling and booking intensive courses, booking theory and driving tests and contacting instructors and pupils. As much training as needed will be provided, training will take place during the weekdays (our office is open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5.30pm Saturday)
Excellent time keeping, reliability and politeness along with excellent customer service, outstanding listening skills and an impeccable phone manner are essential qualities in our staff. Sales experience, call centre experience and customer service experience are preferred but not essential. We are a small team, so successful candidates will be required to work closely with others and also independently when required.
Due to our location access to transport is preferable but not essential.
Pay will start at £10.42 with a review after the probationary period. There is the potential to earn bonus if successful candidates are selected to work on our intensive sales team.

- Working hours - weekdays between the hours of 8am – 8pm and occasional Saturdays 9-5:30
