Doodle Products Limited, 15 year old fast growing online retailer which is looking for staff to join our team. We currently employee 20 people and will be growing this 25 over the next 6 months.

- Customer care experience required
- Full time job in fast paced office

-Wage rise in sep of 25p
-Wage rise in Nov of 25p
-Wage rise in Jan of 25p
- Dealing with customer queries the majority of which by email
- Contacting courier companies by telephone
- Daily printing despatch/shipping labels
- Processing customer returns
- Job Type: Full-time 8am to 4pm , option for extra hours available
Previous experience and skills:
Must have e-commerce experience
Experience delivering excellent customer service, in an eCommerce environment
Must have Good IT skills. Excel word outlook
Stock control and warehouse experience desirable
