A new opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and reliable complaints handler, with a genuine passion for giving an excellent business client with a focus on first call resolution.
Start Date - 31st July 2023
Working hours - Full Time 37.5 hours per week
(Monday - Friday, between 8am-6pm on a 3 week shift rotation)
Salary: £10.90 + Performance Bonus in line with KPIs
Hybris Role - This role is working from the comfort of your own home however you will asked to attend our Glasgow City Centre office for your Grad Bay period of training and to collect all the equipment you will need to excel in your job role. You will also be required to attend office twice a month when live in role.

Overall Job Purpose
- Dealing with Business2Business customer service, providing an excellent service journey to our clients every time and addressing the primary reason for the customer contact using all their skills and knowledge.
- Engaging with a variety of different client and customer call types.
- Invoice and administration duties.
- Focus on first call resolution.
- Ability to promote reviews for your excellent customer experience.
- Take ownership for the customer experience and to improve their journey in a positive and ethical way.
- Effective complaint handling, making the client’s needs a priority.
Key Responsibilities and Expected Behaviours
- Passionate & enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- Great organisational and multi-tasking skills, being able to independently manage weekly workload.
- Deal with all complaint cases and communicate effectively with clients over the phone and in writing in a friendly, empathetic, and professional way.
- Fully explore complaints, identify errors and resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Work efficiently to ensure a significant contribution in reducing the stock of complaints or keeping the volumes to desired target level.
- Computer Literacy, you will be required to work up to 5 systems at once (experience use of Microsoft office is desirable).
