Customer Service Advisor/Complaints Handler
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within a busy, fast paced, multi-skilled team.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, respond to enquiries and resolving complaints via multiple forms of contact from telephone to email and social media.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous complaint handling experience within financial services dealing with a variety of different products. You'll be used to working to case targets within this fast-paced environment and managing your own workload.
You will have excellent communication skill to be able to explain things clearly, tailoring each call and letter to each customer's needs, as well as being able to talk to key stakeholders within the bank.
You'll also have a great attention to detail, whilst navigate numerous internal systems, to resolve complaint right the first time.
Start Date: 14th August 2023
Salary: £10.90 per hour + Performance Bonus
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week.
Rotational Shift pattern across Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Where will you be working: Hybrid Working – Our Glasgow City Centre Site and from Home!
