Hours – 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary - £21,840 per annum

Working as part of our Business Contact Centre Team in Poole, you’ll provide an excellent level of professional customer service for Currys business customers making sure they remain Customers For Life.
No matter the query you will investigate, support and guide owning the case through to resolution, so for those customer service champions out there this may be the opportunity for you.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Engaging with our business customers and retail store business hubs through telephone and email- Investigating and owning the customer query from initial contact through to resolution
- Identifying the cause of an issue while utilising the tools available to enable a resolve in a timely manner
You will need:
Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach- To place our customers at the heart of every interaction and be the voice of our customer
- To take ownership - when our customers need our help it can be the best time to drive a positive and lasting experience
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- IT skills to be able to use Microsoft Office and our inhouse IT systems.
