Job description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
  • Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns
  • Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
