Job description

At Virginia Culligan , we specialize in the sales, installation and service of household and commercial water treatment equipment. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing business.

Qualifications:

  • Independently driven, self-starter and creative
  • Strong desire to learn, and communicate effectively
  • Ability to form effective relationships with customers and the Culligan team
  • Basic time management, organization and planning skills
  • Minimum High school diploma

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling of all service, delivery, and sales calls
  • Answer customer inquiries on the telephone, and walk-ins
  • Complete internal reporting as required.
  • Make outbound calls to current customers with the intent of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
  • Complete outbound collection calls on past due accounts
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Basic record keeping on customer accounts
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
  • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
  • All other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
