Job description
An Experienced Customer Service Coordinator is required for a well-established Tech-services business located in Congleton.
The business has a casual in-office atmosphere with its own onsite parking and a competitive perks package.
You will be detailing with existing clients as well as prospective customers, so you’ll need great communication skills to a high professional standard across phone, emails and live-chat.
In this role you’ll be required to make outbound calls as well fielding in-bound enquiries – but it isn’t a sales role.
The key aspects will be taking any enquires about existing accounts and their assigned products and services, resolving queries and escalating more serious issues – so you’ll have a solution orientated approach.
Anyone who has worked in customer service / customer retention in a tech market would be great, but an industry specific background isn’t essential. You will need to be able to process orders onto a CRM system accurately and efficiently, handling customer data with appropriate sensitivity and confidentiality.
This role will be office-based Monday to Friday with the potential for hybrid working post-probation / induction. If you do work from home, they will cover the cost of broadband for doing so.
You’ll be joining a supporting and close-knit team with lots of training and development available.

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
