We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, with a positive and confident approach to join the Customer Services Team.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager the successful candidates’ main role will be working within the Customer Service Office in our busy drivers reception.
The main responsibilities within that role will include checking drivers in onto our computer system, consulting with the Warehouse about which loading bay to allocate that driver to and preparing and then distributing any paperwork required to the driver when they leave. Other tasks may include supporting the Customer Services team when required making bookings, processing orders, filing paperwork and dealing with queries.
No experience is necessary although any knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel) would be an advantage.
The normal hours of work for this role are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
