Due to expansion we are looking for an Online Customer Service/Digital Sales Advisors to join our Team!
** We have an exciting new position available within our Digital Response Team consisting of 31working hours per week. Please only apply for the role if the hours listed below are suitable to your requirements. There will also be additional hours available to cover holidays.**
Tuesday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Wednesday 7.00am - 4.00pm
Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00pm
Friday 9.00 am - 5.00pm
The department is responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer enquiries via all our digital platforms, including live chat, our website, Facebook and third party website leads including AutoTrader, Car Guru, Hey Car and many more. As always, our customers will be dealt with in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
All equipment will be provided, and full training will be given, customer service experience is highly desirable with sales knowledge being essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following the Company process 100% of the time.
- Maintain a fast response to all online and live chat enquiries.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and rapport building.
- Manage multiple in put on various systems.
- Compliance with industry standards/processes.
- Demonstrate the Chorley Group family ethos of 'Big Enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care'
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience is essential
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Experience in using typical IT systems
- The drive to self-motivate and hit your team and personal response targets
- Great written communication skills
- The ability to multi task effectively
- Prioritising workload
- Ability to work productively on your own
- Sound time management skills
