Customer Service Executive
(Work from home / Remote working)
Are you an experienced provider of excellent customer service, who enjoys dealing promptly and effectively with enquiries, and supporting people on their customer journey? CILEX is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for our members and customers.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, and will know how to listen to and understand complex customer needs and respond to them clearly and efficiently. You will have a passion for providing top-quality service, and will be able to provide advice and guidance to enable enquirers to access the products and services most suited to their requirements in a smooth and frictionless way.
The role
To provide advice, guidance and support to members and customers
To understand customer requirements and address those needs in a clear and concise manner
To sell associated products and services which meet customers’ needs
To support the delivery of on-line services including the shop and portals
To support the maintenance and cleansing of all customer data
To provide positive interventions which add value for customers
To develop relationships with key business accounts
To collect and collate customer insights
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Essential Experience:
Educated to Level 2/GCSE A -C standard or equivalent English Language and Maths
Experience of working in a multi-product customer-led environment with experience of customer needs analysis and solution development
Confidence both taking calls and making outbound calls
Desirable Experience:
Experience of sales
NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration
Experience of working within a professional body within a regulated sector
Experience of working within the legal sector
IAG Qualification L2
