Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hours/ week, Monday-Friday
We have an excellent opportunity for a Home Charge Advisor to be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing industries. As our Home Charge Advisor, you will ensure our customers are engaged regularly. You’ll be the voice of ChargedEV, making a lasting first impression with a genuine passion for customer experience and a strong understanding of the process and the importance of customer service. Advising and supporting customers through their onboarding journey, empowering them to make informed choices about which of our products meet their needs.
ChargedEV is part of the hugely successful Redde Northgate PLC; a leading automotive mobility solutions provider. Together we’re supporting Road to Net Zero and the transition to electric vehicles through the provision of domestic and commercial EV charging installation and fleet services. With 10 years of experience in EV Charging, with operations nationwide, we’re expanding the business in a fast-growing market to deliver for our rapidly growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Owning customer contact from lead to the pre-assessment stage. Inbound and outbound calling, email, live chat, etc.
- Ability to work on own initiative, multitask and work well under pressure with a high volume of customer contact
- The ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues to convert leads into completed installations
- Organising, supporting, and allocating customers to other departments, as per process
- An understanding of processes as a whole and being able to see the “why” behind each stage and how that delivers our customer proposition - therefore ensuring compliance to our internal processes
- Clear communicator with a focus on listening and acute attention to detail sharing accurate information about our products and services
- Demonstrate a positive proactive approach towards organisational change and work flexibly to meet the demands of a new and evolving market

Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!
