We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Services Advisor within the Furniture Care Network First Year team. Any successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to clients and their customers, keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Starting salary - £20.996.30
Working Hours are Monday –Friday – 09:00 – 17:30

Castelan is an industry leading National furniture care business who provide customer services and repair services for furniture insurance, commercial services and the furniture retailer market. Based in Weston-Super-Mare, five minutes from the town centre and with great access via car, bus, bicycle or walking.
What you will be doing...
The role includes meeting daily targets, complying with data protection and GDPR, receiving and making calls, there are also general administration duties which are entered on to a company bespoke system. Calculating costs when required, booking appointments, dealing with enquiries and problem solving.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate in each part of the service we provide.
Our Expectations...
- You will have strong experience of telephony customer service within a busy environment.
- Possess working competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Outlook.
- Will be a confident decision maker and willing to learn.
- Have excellent computer knowledge and skills, preferably able to touch type
- Possess good communication skills and have maths and English qualifications grade C or above or key skills level 1 – 2 qualifications.
- Able to work under pressure and be an excellent team worker who leads by example.
- Professional attitude towards, internal and external customers.
