Description of Duties:
Review orders for accuracy of content.
Input orders into business system in a timely and accurate manner.
Enter all customer change orders.
Enter ship direct orders.
Process EDI orders.
Contact customers when information is illegible, inaccurate or missing.
Provide backup support for Customer Service Reps on customer telephone inquiries and/or customer email inquiries.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Handle basic department related duties and special projects as assigned. Some overtime may be required during peak volume times.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a Customer Service Environment
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Data entry experience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range:
