Responsibilities
- Handling a variety of incoming calls and travel insurance enquiries
- Liaising with customers both over the phone and in person
- Investigating and resolving customer issues arising
- Dealing with related administration
- Maintaining information on in-house systems
- Ensuring attention to detail at all times
- You will need to have previous phone-based customer service experience.
- An excellent telephone manner and a positive can-do attitude
- We are looking for people who are pro-active and can take initiative to complete tasks in a resourceful and efficient manner.
