Job description

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our growing customer service contact centre operation based in Newcastle.

The role is to deal with inbound calls from existing customers with the aim of offering excellent customer service at all times.

We have both full-time and part-time roles available.

You will receive 5 weeks of fully paid training when you start the role along with ongoing personal development to give you the skills and tools needed to be a success in the role.

For you:

  • £10.50 per hour (full-time & part-time available)
  • Shifts between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday
  • Employee Discount Scheme
