BrilliantIN Recruitment are working with a very exciting and dynamic wearable tech company and are currently looking to attract a growth-minded Customer Experience Agent to join the Online Team and assist with global social media marketing.
*Flex working with 3 days per week in the office located in Chiswick, London until probation, then flexibility offered*
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Proactively working to generate brand awareness
- Outreaching to niche target market for the basis of testing in the EU and Canada.
- Reviewing and managing customer feedback
- Collecting data based on customer feedback
- Reporting customer experience back to the team for improvement
- Manage testing to ensure positive customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Customer care experience required, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Master Excel, Word and Social Media Channels especially Instagram.
- Distinctive approach to service and good customer care
- Be robust in relation with coping with a high speed work environment
- Master English both orally and in writing
- French or Spanish required to cover specific markets
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly motivated and determination to achieve all goals and KPIs (even when the task may be repetitive in nature)

The role will be based in the UK. This is a hybrid position where working from home is acceptable. There will be some requirement to work from our offices based in Chiswick London too.

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
