Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for candidates to join our Customer Services Team in the corporate Contact Centre. Our Contact Centre is the nerve centre of our entire operation, and we are looking for people who want to deliver best in class customer service to Birmingham Citizens.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be fully trained to:
- deal with customers, answering questions, ensuring we are providing our customers with the correct information and provide a well signposted route into appropriate council services either digitally or by telephone
- answer a range of calls, from a variety of different customers and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a great service and getting it right first time
- deliver excellent customer service and consistently achieve the right outcome for customers
- take ownership and deal with customer complaints in a professional and caring manner, following the correct process for a successful customer outcome
