WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Call center experience preferred
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls
- Experience working with computers and data entry
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients
- Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system including name, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
- Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
- Ensure the patient and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
- Daily processing of purchase order exception reports
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS:
- Must train on-site
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days at home
