• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Call center experience preferred
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls
• Experience working with computers and data entry

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients
• Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system including name, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
• Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
• Ensure the patient and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
• Daily processing of purchase order exception reports

• Must train on-site
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days at home
