Job description
Due to continuous growth within the online gambling industry, we are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic team members to join us in offering a friendly and professional service to Betfred.com customers via live chat, telephone and email.
As a result of the round-the-clock sporting calendar, we do require a fully flexible approach to working between the hours of 07:00- 21:00, any 5 days from 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
Betfred employees will receive a competitive salary ranging from £22,672-£24,069 dependant on successful training and length of service.
Key responsibilities:
· Dealing with inbound contacts regarding customer account queries.
· To provide customers with a professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone and email.
· Ensure that any data is recorded accurately, including any adjustments, closures, and other processing’s.
· To resolve all customer account queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
· Liaise internally with other departments to resolve customer queries.
· Ensure that any escalations are raised promptly and correctly to maintain customer satisfaction.
· Remain up to date with current promotional campaigns, rules and procedures.
The above tasks must be carried out while complying with the key objectives of the Gambling Commission and with your full understanding of Safer Gambling tools and protocols which will be included within training.
