Job description

Barnardo's, the UK's leading children's charity, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all interactions with our supporters, donors, and the public are positive and engaging. You will primarily be responsible for handling customer inquiries received through EBAY messages and our website, providing exceptional service and support while upholding the values and mission of Barnardo's.

The role is office based but will require 1 in 4 weekends (which can be worked from home)
