With 100,000+ sf warehouse in Mississauga and Scarborough, the company is expanding our business to provide their industry-leading cross-border warehousing and logistics solutions. We are looking for an Administrative/Customer Support to join our team and grow with us.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Review and manage emails, answer and direct incoming calls.
- Provide customer services.
- Manage social media calendar and increase customer engagement through timely posts across social media platforms.
- Prepare reports, forms and PPT as needed.
- Support the general manager with daily management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent reading, writing and speaking skills, Mandarin preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF for document representation.
- Exceptional organizational and data entry abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- University degree or college diploma considered an asset.
