Established in 2013, B&J Global Inc. is an experienced third party fulfillment warehouses in North America. With 100,000+ sf warehouse in Mississauga and Scarborough, the company is expanding our business to provide their industry-leading cross-border warehousing and logistics solutions. We are looking for an Administrative/Customer Support to join our team and grow with us.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Review and manage emails, answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Provide customer services.
  • Manage social media calendar and increase customer engagement through timely posts across social media platforms.
  • Prepare reports, forms and PPT as needed.
  • Support the general manager with daily management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent reading, writing and speaking skills, Mandarin preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF for document representation.
  • Exceptional organizational and data entry abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • University degree or college diploma considered an asset.
