The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing a strong relationship with consumers while simultaneously supporting other teams throughout the organization. A best-fit candidate should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication. The Customer Service Representative role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as the flexibility to be assigned to different territories according to the company's clients' needs. The Customer Service Representative will also act as a bridge between clients and consumers to ensure both needs are met. The role requires an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
