Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to expand the Customer Support Team.
You will be part of the team responsible for the sales ordering process. Following successful training and management agreement, this role may be considered to work within the companies hybrid working policy.
Key responsibilities:
· Promote and drive a high class customer service experience to both internal and external customers
· Action incoming sales and enquiries via telephone and email
· Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
· Identify and action opportunities to maximise sales
· Book and despatch pallet orders
· Assist customers with proof of deliveries or help resolve outstanding invoice queries
· Scan and file sales orders and related documents
· Assist with general enquiries
· Maintain a safe, tidy, and clean place of work for you, employees, and visitors in line with the Company health and safety policy
Key knowledge, skills & experience:
· Previous experience working within a customer focused environment
· Clear, professional, confident telephone manner
· IT literate in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
· Factory Master experience would be advantageous
. Experience working within a manufacturing industry is desired but not essential
· A flexible, dynamic approach to work and workload prioritisation in a fast-moving office environment
· Proven ability to build effective relationships
· Ability to respond positively to changing demands with a positive can-do approach
· Good communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbal and written
· High level of accuracy
· Excellent organisational skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and plan workload
· Ability to solve sometimes complex queries
· Team player and quick to learn new skills
· Previous experience working within service level agreements
