Description:
As a Team Leader - Customer Care, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service crew member of the shop. Your main objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by providing guidance, support, and training to the team members. You will also be responsible for handling customer escalations and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Entry Requirements:
For this position, candidates should possess a minimum of GCSEs/S grades or equivalent qualifications. However, prior experience in similar work is preferred. Additional on-the-job training will be provided .
Job Responsibilities include:
1. To run the shift and lead the customer service team
2. To coordinate and ensue the smooth running of business
3. To discusses customer responses with business support manager with a view to improving the service provided;
4. To plan and co-ordinate the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers
5. To provide guidance, support, and mentoring to the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery.
6. To ensure that all products are properly organised on shelves.
7. Conducting stock measurements and maintaining accurate stock records
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,200.00-£27,000.00 per year
