The role you’ll contribute: Team Member Experience Coordinator
The Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting internal initiatives for an assigned business unit which drives AdventHealth Medical Group WFL strategic goals and supports Adventist Health System’s (AHS) in consumer and team member experience strategy. The Experience Coordinator partners with the Centralized Hiring team and Consumer Experience team to support recruitment, retention, satisfaction, and overall engagement within AHMG. Experience Coordinator serves by providing support to ensure their assigned business unit is delivering upon our AHS Brand Promise and Service Standards. Also, actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilized exceptional customer service skills and build lasting relationships while working with our internal HR and Talent Acquisition team
- Supports a broad range of HR operations, HRIS input, and talent acquisition activities to create a world-class onboarding and new hire employee experience
- Ensures success in the new hire integration experience, ensuring we are building a culture that excites our team members, sets them up for success, helps them thrive and continuously grow within the company
- Identifies and recommends solutions for onboarding and new hire process improvements
- Builds positive relationships with employees through excellent and proactive communication.
- Analyzes new hire data and reporting to determine trends, patterns, and insights as needed.
- Anticipates needs and solutions for supporting employees throughout their first 90 days.
- Source and identify talent through creative and traditional avenues
- Identify and attend local recruiting/networking events at local colleges, trade schools, and AdventHealth Career Expos.
- Track candidates as they move through the pre boarding and onboarding process
- Proactively communicate with candidates at every step, ensuring that they have a full understanding of our process and all the information they need at every point in our recruiting process
- Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Help to provide feedback and influence hiring decisions
- Assist in onboarding of new float pool employees ensuring appropriate equipment is set ups,
- Collaborate with Director of Consumer Experience and Centralized hiring manager to assist in workforce planning and execution.
- Pre-Screening Candidates and Conducting interviews for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Support the consumer experience team with feedback and projects to support initiatives associated with consumer, team member and provider satisfaction.
- Supports Float team in scheduling
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Three years of experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition or related field.
- Two years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- Two years of experience in outpatient settings such as physician practices, retail clinics and outpatient services
