Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $20.00 /hrs.
Hours: 40 hrs/Week
Length: CONTRACT (6 MONTHS)
**Preferred candidates from Pacific time zone but not California.
Here's what you'd do:
- With general supervision, ensure accurate, timely, and efficient customer support.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a manner that supports the achievement of client goals.
- Response to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members, clients, providers, and internal/external business partners; inquiries range from telephone, in person, or via the internet/e-email.
- Prescriptions, Plans, Products, Services, and Procedures
- Payment processing/payment collections
- Eligibility verification
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service handling moderate to complex customer inquiries in a call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industries.

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
