We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and processing orders. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handling phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Organising and managing engineer's diaries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process parts orders, enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records in an organized fashion.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
- Research and projects as required.

A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
