We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist!

The Opportunity:
With a lobal team of 300, you will be joining the small, but tightly knit UK team. You, the Customer Support Specialist will be their premier support hire!
Working closely with the Support Lead and the Director of Customer Ops, the Customer Support Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring that clients are setup currently, data flow is working as planned, and technical (often data related) queries or issues are diagnosed and managed through to resolution. You’ll be the contact for 1st and 2nd line client support tickets and also support the USA team as a 2nd line contact.
You’ll manage expectations with external clients, work closely with internal teams and use your ‘outside of the box’ problem solving skills to identify and remedy support queries.
It’s a business that is scaling so you’ll have ample opportunity to support other area’s develop yourself and as the business grows, so do your progression opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience is a data-centric B2B software support role.
- Confident in their ability to interrogate data related queries then diagnose, managed and resolve them.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on your own initiative, but willing to ask questions where necessary.
- High-energy upbeat and with a strong customer facing approach.
- Strong excel or database skills. Familiar with csv, XML and JSON.
- Experience with telematics solutions is beneficial.
- Experience working with API’s or API creation software is beneficial.
- SQL experience is beneficial.

- Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
