Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome: Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly greeting as they enter the restaurant. Create a positive first impression and make them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Order Assistance: Assist guests with placing orders.
  • Clean and Organised Environment: Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting customer dining area.
  • Accuracy: Team liaison to ensure that orders are accurately prepared and promptly delivered to the correct tables or designated pickup areas.
  • Seating Assistance: Help customers find suitable seating options.
  • Customer Enquiries: Address guest enquiries/concerns/feedback in a polite and professional manner. You will ensure that any guest leaves happy to return.
  • Beverage and Condiment Station: Keep beverage and condiment stations fully stocked, organised, clean and discarding of any waste. Ensure that customers have access to a variety of necessary condiments.
  • Sanitation Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations by following proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, i assisting customers, cleaning, restocking supplies, and attending to any urgent needs in the customer dining area.
  • Restrooms: Ensuring the restrooms are well stocked and clean for our guests.

Working Conditions

Primarily the customer dining area of the Tim Hortons restaurant.

Requires standing for extended periods and the ability to move around the restaurant comfortably.

Interaction with a diverse customer base, including individuals of different backgrounds and age groups.
