We have an exciting opportunity for Check-Outs and Customer Relations Assistants based at our Southampton store. You'll be joining a close-knit team passionate about life at home!

We are offering contract sizes working between 12 and 30 hours a week.

You are confident in approaching customers, treating them in a polite and friendly manner. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a motivated mindset. You also enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. For this role, it is important that you are passionate about home furnishings and care about good customer service. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY

CHECK-OUTS:
  • You will build loyalty by listening to our customers and using your knowledge of the IKEA product range to offer informed solutions.
  • You provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
  • You ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
  • You will look after our Click and Collect service by checking orders are accurately picked and delivering goods to customers in the car park.
  • You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
  • You ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
  • You confidently resolve customer and product issues that may arise, such as product returns.
