The Role
The role of the Customer Relations Advisor involves investigating and resolving complaints.
Responsibilities
- Investigating the timeline of a complaint
- Liaising with internal and external sources
- Identifying the department responsible
- Requesting feedback from the department if applicable
- Categorising the route cause of the complaint
- Maintaining a database for recording the route cause
- Assist in identifying trend and improvement opportunities resulting from complaints
- Responding to e-mails
- Handling complaints from start to finish
- Ad-hoc tasks which may arise to support the department
Personal Specification
- An eye for detail
- An unbiased fair approach to investigating complaints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work within SLA's
- A flexible approach to work
- A desire to consistently strive to improve the service Integral provides.
- Working knowledge of Integral systems (desirable but not essential).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
