Customer Project Manager
Our client, a large international Broadcast and Media company, are seeking a Customer Project Manager to join their team. This role would be on a contract basis (inside IR35) working from their office in London and offers a competitive day rate on a contract running until April 2024. The Customer Project Manager will be working across their Broadcast and Media projects portfolio to help ensure project goals are met and customer expectations are managed throughout.
The Customer Project Manager would also be responsible for:
· Leading assigned customer projects, ensuring project goals and customer’s expectations are met.
· Providing mentorship and support to more junior team members when required.
· Establishing project plan, defining project scope, and monitoring related activities.
· Partnering with Solution Architects to break down project deliverables across several delivery teams, securing resources and planning delivery dates.
· Supporting with governance and establishing project goals versus scope, timelines, and cost.
We would welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:
· Considerable experience in Project Management ideally in Broadcasting/Media Business.
· Proven experience leading Projects in a number of different environments.
· A Project Management certification (Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner or PMP)
· Scrum Master certification is also desirable.
· Previous demonstrable experience with 3rd party suppliers.
· Proven Pre-Sales experience with strong analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills, able to interact with global partners internally and externally.
