About this opportunity:
As a Customer Project Manager, you will lead projects that are customer facing, to meet the project’s objectives and to build customer value.

What you will do:
- Create the project plan: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plan and monitor all activities
- Establish and communicate clear project goals and baselines against scope, timelines and/or cost.
- Work with Solution Architects to break down project deliverables across several delivery teams and planning realistic delivery dates
- Building partnerships with the project’s stakeholders, leverage them to achieve goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions
- Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation
- Support the Project Office regarding governance
- Hold responsibility for Internal and external Customer and partner engagement
What you will bring
- Experience in Project Management, leading a variety of projects in different environments
- Previous experience in taking ownership and delivering projects end to end
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Able to develop strong working relations with both internal and external stakeholders
- A certification in Project Management (Prince2, PMP, or Scrum) is desirable but not essential
- Presales knowledge and experience is desirable including an understanding of the sales process
