Job description
What you’ll do:
- Deliver and manage the Customer Operations Induction programme.
- Support and mentor new colleagues.
- Deliver ongoing bespoke behavioural skills training based on individual requirements and operational needs.
- Design and deliver effective learning across Customer Operations in line with design principles and stakeholders' needs.
- Support managers with ongoing coaching to improve and maintain performance.
- Providing feedback to colleagues, managers, and operational trend analysis.
Skills/knowledge:
- Ability to deliver training to new and existing colleagues.
- Strong customer service focus and solutions-orientated mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
