what you'll be doing
Fancy being one of the most important people in our UK Commercial team and contributing directly to our company KPIs? As a Customer Operations Specialist you'll be directly responsible and accountable for making sure our retailers have enough products to sell, which means planning and forecasting what we need and making sure it gets to them on time & in full.
you'll have
- The ability to build strong relationships (both internally & externally) - the foundation of a collaborative supply team is based on the people involved, be it at innocent, our logitistics partners, or our retailers.
- Top class communication skills - to make recommendations and sometimes deliver tough messages to our retailers.
- The ability to solve a problem, no matter what's thrown at you.
- Great critical thinking & strong excel skills.
