After 6-12 months of training, you will be placed in an Insight role fit for you!

Throughout your initial training and career at Insight, you will learn the fundamentals of innovative technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud and more, within a supportive training environment. You will;

  • Grow your customer and partner relationship management skills

Training

It all starts with an on-boarding boot camp that covers our business and how you fit into it, as well as the skills you’ll need to hit the ground running in your new role. From here, you’ll take your first steps in your Insight career.

Initially, you’ll play a supporting role but as your experience and competency develops, so will your responsibilities. Through this on-the-job learning, technical accreditations and support from expert colleagues, plus ongoing training and mentoring, we aim to develop you into a confident, client-facing consultant who can lead a team, identify opportunities and deliver quality solutions.
