Location: Working from home, but you need to be based in the United Kingdom
Contract: Permanent
Working Days & Hours: As determined by weekly rota - Monday to Sunday between 7am and 10pm
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary: £25,025

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and educate our customers via web/mobile chat and emails
- Support onboarding customers and help and encourage existing customers to use new functions on the app
- Be friendly, and professional and embody the HyperJar values
- Be an expert in the company, our app, and our customers
- Champion the HyperJar tone of voice – we like to keep it simple and accessible
- Work across multiple platforms at once and meet your targets
- Take ownership of your interactions with customers and in finding the right response for them
- Hold yourself accountable for contributing to improving the quality of our customer support
- Offer suggestions for solving problems without being asked
- Complete all required training in a suitable timeframe
- Interact with the team in meetings and workshops
- Be prepared to take part in ad-hoc projects to improve our customer support

- Has experience working in a customer support role
- Has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a team
- Is flexible and able to adjust their working patterns
- Is computer literate with good written English and maths
- Loves to drive change in a fast-moving industry
- Spots and offers solutions to potential issues
- Is a HyperJar brand ambassador and a customer themselves
- Is able to multi-task and work in an ever-growing environment
- Is able to follow processes and procedures, and understands the need for governance
- Takes ownership of their work and their progression
- Is happy to roll up their sleeves and help with what’s needed, when it’s needed
