iamproperty is continuing to expand throughout 2023 and we currently have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team who support customer's using our digital platform "movebutler" - movebutler gets Estate Agents, buyers and sellers moving faster, combining compliance, legal preparation and surveys to save agents time, help them stay compliant, build revenue and get paid quicker!

You will play a vital role in our business, ensuring that consumers complete 100% of their onboarding journey meaning they are fully compliant for our Partner Agent.

You will be required to sell additional products to the client where applicable, mainly conveyancing but in the future also Mortgages and Surveys.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Completing daily tasks in a timely manner ensuring the agent is fully kept up to date with their files

· Ensuring customers complete their onboarding successfully and assist with any issues they have while doing this

· Offering all available services (that have not yet been accepted) to clients on every call, which will include Mortgages, Conveyancing, Surveys and any other services introduced in the future

· Calling Vendors and Buyers to offer solicitors quotes which are pre agreed with the panel of Solicitors

· Answering inbound calls and dealing with incoming queries

· Ensure that Complaints/Issues are escalated to Panel Manager or Client Services Executive

£28k guaranteed for 12 months

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
  • Preferably experience within estate agency or conveyancing
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work to under pressure in a fast paced environment;
  • Results oriented
  • Self-motivated and driven

We are able to offer this position on a full-time permanent basis. Remote or hybrid working available. Starting basic salary of £21,000 with on target earnings of up to £27,000 (uncapped).
