As an important member of our team you will manage a range of direct and indirect retail customers. The primary focus will be to increase the distribution and rates of sale of our brands. You will be responsible for achieving volume and financial targets through a mix of direct/indirect customers and generating new business as part of our end to end sales strategy. Your role is to build strong influence with customers to maximise range, visibility and promotional implementation for our existing products as well as driving listings of new products (sometimes in new markets). You will work in collaboration with the Senior Customer Manager and other Customer Managers to drive overall sales in this channel.
What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong selling instinct. Candidates will have proven sales experience within the FMCG or South Asian channel, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally, your background will be in this market, with experience of influencing a wide range of retailers being very desirable. Matching strong influence with robust planning, you will have the ability to build winning relationships across your customer base and a track record of “making things happen” in your career to date. A clean full UK driving license is a key requirement.
