What will you be doing?
We're looking for a Customer Service and Shipping Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operational tasks such as distributing courier & mail packages, process packages for shipping, providing packing services, tracking documents . The ideal candidate will have the ability of great customer service skills as you’ll be communicating with customers over the phone and email, and you’ll also help support our store managers by ensuring our centres are well maintained, clean and presentable for our visitors.. We're seeking a team player who demonstrates strong leadership skills and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
You must have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have a positive energy at workplace and desire to learn
- Examine customer information and provide solutions
- A good grasp of Microsoft Office and computer literacy
- Work well with disgruntled customers
- Listen to customer concerns and act in the customers' best interests to resolve the problem
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and strong command of English
- Good work ethic, have an eye for detail and be a fantastic multi-tasker
- Ability to work in central London (Zone 1)
Full training will be given, however previous work experience in packing and shipping area is advantageous (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and TNT)
