FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Customer Liaison Officer to work within our Customer Care Department based at our Sevenoaks Head Office. This is a full-time permanent role, which offers a competitive salary and wide range of benefits.
As our Customer Liaison Officer, you will manage and investigate incidents from internal and external customers. Liaising across all divisions of the business to establish facts and assist in resolution. We are looking for proactive individuals with experience managing the full complaints process.

The Customer Liaison Officer Role
- Professionally, competently and efficiently handle, investigate and respond to internal and external enquiries and incidents via phone and email.
- Dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Effectively following up and monitoring outstanding incidents to resolution and closure, whilst managing your own workload efficiently and effectively.
What we’re looking for in our Customer Liaison Officer
We are looking for a professional and confident candidate, who has experience of communicating with a variety of people via telephone, email and face to face. You will have previous experience within customer service and complaints handling. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong customer focus and be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
